About The Role
CGS Landscape Ltd is looking for hardworking and motivated Landscape Operatives to join our growing team. Working on large-scale landscaping projects for house builders and property developers, you will play a key role in creating high-quality outdoor spaces across Northern England.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of soft landscaping tasks, including turfing, planting, mulching, and seeding
Assist in the preparation of sites, including ground levelling and soil preparation
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely
Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard and within deadlines
Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed on-site
Maintain a professional approach when working on client sites
What We’re Looking For
Experience in soft landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)
A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in all weather conditions and in a physically demanding role
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
CSCS card (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
