About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Manager / Foreman / Supervisor to lead and oversee our landscaping teams on large-scale housebuilding projects across Northern England. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Plan and organise daily workloads, allocating tasks effectively
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
Liaise with clients, site managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Train and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and development
Maintain and manage landscaping equipment and materials
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field
Proven leadership experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Full UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
